The Rotary Foundation (TRF) Functions
 
What TRF section does?
 
  • Handle all contribution and recognition issues locally, including mailing of Paul Harris Fellow recognitions and Multiple Paul Harris Fellow recognitions.
  • Process available Recognition points transfer requests and merge of duplicate IDs in the same club. Major Donor and Benefactor/Bequest Society recognition issues are additional issues that we handle.
  • Disseminate TRF information on new program initiatives as also the Annual Program Fund Marketing plan, Every Rotarian, Every Year.
  • Responsible for monitoring payments out of Rotary Foundation (India) [RF(I)] to projects approved under the Humanitarian Grants program, including maintaining mirror accounts, follow up on requisite reports from the grant payees and closure of grants.
  • Help monitor the use of TRF grant funds paid out of RF(I).
  • Extend logistical and informational support to external or internal audit/assessment teams that are appointed by TRF.
  • Handle legal issues for TRF/RFI
  • Handle queries related to other Foundation programs including Educational programs like Group Study Exchanges, Scholarships, Alumni, Foundation Awards etc.
  • Provide TRF publications for Foundation Seminars, both at the District and Zone levels and support and supplement the efforts of the Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinators in their efforts to educate and inform Rotarians of the region on all Foundation matters.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to RF(I).
